Racial Profiling at Comerica Bank

Discrimination has existed for hundreds of years.  It takes the form of preferencial treatment for Whites males at the expense of blacks, asians, women and other minorities.  Large corporations have instituted “diversity” programs and “diversity awareness” programs on a widespread basis.  From a political perspective these programs allow corporations to present themselves as vehicles of change.

What if they really weren’t tools that will change and modernize the culture of the  workforce?  What if they were just a facade?  Keep reading on and you will see just how the facade works.

Large corporations hide behind diversity initiatives and similar programs that they claim are vehicles to move minorities into new opportunities.  These programs are labeled as tools to break the glass ceiling.  In reality they are a smokescreen.  Case in point:  Comerica Bank!  Comerica has a diversity innitiative that is intended to promote loans to the “ethnic communities.” However, it is illegal to track the ethnicities of commercial loan customers.  Yet Comerica has tracked this statistic for years.  The insiders have kept  a tight lid on this fact.  The public has no idea they are being profiled in this manner.  Chaldeans, Blacks, Hispanics and other minority customers have never been given the opportunity to opt out of this racial profiling that Comerica conducts regularly.  The next time you do commercial business with Comerica Bank, ask yourself, “do I really want to be racially profiled?”
