  1. Why hasn’t Wells Fargo redeemed any auction rate securities?

  2. Banking – Just say no to drugs and banking
I know a Vice President at Comerica Bank who likes to get stoned. I dated the lady. Funny, it didn’t last long because I’m a recovered alcaholic. When the market blew up it wasn’t much of a surprise to me with people like that running the show. It must be hard to get good help these days.

Interesting comment. Thanks for the feedback. I remember a manager named D. Marvin bragging about his job interview at Comerica Bank. At the time, two martini lunches were standard for interview candidates. At D. Marvin’s interview the interviewer insisted that he have three. D. Marvin laughed that he was so hammered that he was amazed that he got the job. Of course D. Marvin is a White male and a long time member of the good old boys club.

  3. I am in a lawsuit with CountryWide and IndyMac, and IndyMac’s own evidence proves that they did not serve me properly with a Notice of Default or Proof of Claim; and they have refused to provide a copy….and the Federal Court system is abusive toward the pro per, such as the lack of being able to electronically file.

Therefore, I have spoken out publicly about this lack of service and the attorney’s unreasonable behavior about processing my loan modification package. As a result, the bank is now seeking sanctions against me for harassment because I do state the names of the bank attorneys. Why should those attorneys be shy about being bank attorneys?

So, I am speaking out and need some help. Can you refer me to people who work in the area of bank corruption? I contend that if I know that IndyMac has improperly served me, then they have also improperly served others, and that would lead to a problem for them in foreclosing quickly on consumers.

So, please help. I would also like to have a direct contact to an ACLU attorney.

The banking industry is saturated with crooked bank executives. These banksters do not play by the rules. The only rules they understand and live by is the golden rule; he who has the gold makes the rules. I suggest you get involved with public advocacy and network with others that are fighting to take back our freedom and property from the banks that have stolen it. You might even decide to protest crooked and illegal bankster practices in front of the home(s) of your friendly neighborhood bankster crook. These crooks are like cockroaches who run to hide when the lights are turned on. Citizens that have protested at the homes of crooks have showed them that they can run but cannot hide.
